The Mirror will hold 10 concerts in Hong Kong in July and August


The mirror with a Kanto-pop feel will be holding its first ever concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum in July and August.

At a press conference for MIRROR.WE.ARE LIVE CONCERT 2022 on Tuesday, the 12-band boy band announced that they will hold 10 shows at the prestigious venue in Hung Hom from July 25-31 and August 2-4.

Tickets are priced at HK$480 ($61), HK$880 ($112) and HK$1280 ($163). Ticket sales details will be announced at a later time.

On the title and theme of this year’s concert, band leader Luqman Young explained, “We want to invite everyone into our world to enjoy during the concert.”

On what it means to finally have their solo concert at the Colosseum, Young and singer-songwriter Ian Chan said the 12,500-seat arena is a “sacred” venue.

Heartthrob Keung To joked that the Colosseum was “too big.”

Jeremy Lee described the arena as a place for singers to realize their dreams, while Aidan Lowe said it was a “master” to be able to hold their concert there.

Anson Lo, who recently won the Gold Award for Singer/Song of the Year for his dance song megahit At ViuTV’s Chill Club Awards, he thanked fans for their support, without which the band would not be able to hold the concert at the Coliseum.

Jer Lau said they will be doing a lot of different things than their previous concerts.

The Mirror held six sold-out concerts at Star Hall at the Kowloonbay International Trade and Exhibition Center last May.

The boy band was formed through a ViuTV singing competition king maker In 2018, he also received nine awards at the Chill Club Awards.

All members were recently nominated for TC Candler’s 100 Most Handsome Awards.
